Difrax S-peli Anti-colic Bottle 310ml
The special Anti-Colic S-Shape Bottle Canpol babies by Difrax was designed to effectively assist parents in initial feeding and colic reduction.
The S-Shape Bottle designed by Difrax has a unique shape and a special anti-colic mechanism. The shape of the bottle ensures that the teat is full of milk in any position, even at a slight angle (20 degrees). It supports rotational feeding, that is when the parent uses different positions throughout the day (side position, adult face, classic position), and a correct feeding position is one of the key factors in reducing the incidence of colics. The anti-colic valve and the holes in the base allow air to escape from the inside of the bottle, ensuring a constant flow of milk and allowing the baby to drink continuously without swallowing air. The combination of these two features creates a highly effective anti-colic feeding system – effectively eliminating air from the bottle and teat and reducing the risk of colics, cramps and other abdominal discomfort.
The ergonomic shape of the bottle makes feeding more comfortable for both baby and carer. When feeding with the S-Shaped Bottle, the carer intuitively adopts a natural and correct position and the baby does not need to tilt its head excessively, which is also important at the stage of independent bottle-feeding.
The physiological bottle teat is soft and resembles mother's breast, making it easier to combine breast and bottle feeding. Made from hypoallergenic, odourless, matt silicone – easily accepted by children. The tabs inside the dummy prevent it from collapsing and sticking together when drinking.
Thanks to its removable base, the S-Shape Bottle is extremely easy to disassemblePolka and thoroughly clean.

IMPORTANT! Before each use, ensure that the hole in the anti-colic valve on the silicone seal at the bottom of the bottle is open by squeezing it several times with your fingers. The valve should not be blocked, as this will prevent it from functioning properly. Make sure the valve is dry and free of any water droplets.
How do I open the valve at the bottom of the S-bottle?
At the bottom of the S-bottle, you will find the valve. Take it in your hands, pinch the middle of the raised edge, and push the ends together. You can also push back once with a finger in the raised section. A small slit will appear (see photo below).
Always check if the valve is open before assembling and using the bottle. After cleaning, the valve may close again. Ensure the valve is thoroughly dry before placing it back in the bottom ring. Press the valve firmly into the bottom ring and do not overtighten the bottom of the bottle; hand-tightening is sufficient! Overtightening can affect the bottle's performance and may even cause leakage.
If the S-bottle creates a vacuum, it usually means the valve at the bottom is not working correctly. For the anti-colic S-bottle to function properly, it is essential that the air hole in the valve is open.
Cleaning tip:
During cleaning, you can easily remove the anti-colic valve under the tap. Unscrew the bottom of the bottle and hold it upside down under running water. Thanks to the holes in the bottom of the bottle, the water will hit the valve and release it easily. You can also tap the valve out of the bottom.
My S-bottle creates a vacuum when it shouldn’t. What could be the issue?
If the S-bottle is creating a vacuum, it usually means that the silicone anti-colic valve at the bottom of the bottle is not functioning properly. Therefore, always check before each use whether the air hole in the anti-colic valve is open. You can do this by gently pinching the valve (see the photo below).
