CLASSIC housebed is a bed in a Scandinavian style without bed rail. This model is available in natural and white, in the following sizes (size of the mattress) - 190/90cm, 200/90cm and 200/100cm.

Buying the CLASSIC you get a complete bed frame with a base for a mattress, vertical beams, a mini-roof, a drawer or drawers and the set of rails presented in the photos.

You also get all the elements to assemble a bed, screws and water based glue (essential in assembly process to glue the bed elements together where they are jointed with wooden pegs.)

MATERIAL: Beds are made of high quality pine plywood, 1st class. Plywood is more resilient than solid wood, it does not crack and is free of defects (knots). All the elements are hand or mechanically sanded, they are smooth and their edges are rounded. 

VARNISHING: The beds are varnished with water based paints, which are odourless and ecological. The water based paint is hypoallergenic and child safe. The natural wood version is the non-treated (unprotected) wood option.

BED BASE: A bed base is included in a price, it consists of resilient slats that are not connected. Each slat must be attached to the bed frame using the pockets that are included with the slat kit.

DIMENSIONS:

Height of the vertical beams to the roof is 100 cm.

The total height of the CLASSIC model depends on the width of the chosen bed:

• a bed 90cm wide – the total height at the highest point - 145cm
• a bed 100cm wide – the total height at the highest point - 150 cm
  

The available height of bed legs is 1 or10 cm. The bed legs are made of 45/65 mm elements. The bed frame is made of 90/20 mm elements. The bed frame is 9 cm high.

Total size of the bed frame - to get the overall size of the bed you need to add 9cm to the given length and width (199x99cm, 209x99cm or 209x109cm).

Taking into account a mattress with a thickness of 10 cm, a child sleeps at a height of 26 cm.

MAXIMUM LOAD OF THE BED IS 100 KG.

Mattress - the price does not include the mattress. 

Please choose a mattress with a maximum thickness of 9-12 cm. Considering a bed mattress with a thickness of 10 cm, the child sleeps at a height of 26 cm. In the product photo, there is a 10 cm thick mattress in the bed.
